Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, and Biosensors

Professor Nam Sun Wang's research group's studies include ocular drug delivery for age-related macular degeneration.  In one project, they are designing implants that release drugs that target the eye at a controlled therapeutic level for a specified duration.  Here, a drug is tracked from an implant with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
