Bechtel is holding a video contest for engineering students. Contest winners will receive a trip to visit a current Bechtel project! All students need to do to win is tell us in two minutes or less why you want to be an engineer. Bechtel is hoping to spark interest in engineering and technology careers among students and raise public appreciation of engineers' contributions to society.
The contest is open until April 15, 2012. The winner will be announced in May 2012.
Entries will be judged on personal story, originality, creativity, and inspiration to others. One entry per person.
To enter, you must be a full-time, active student at least 18 years old studying for a BA/BS, MA, or PhD in engineering at a U.S. or Canadian college or university in one of the following engineering disciplines: civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, nuclear, chemical, industrial, or environmental.
